Missouri turkey hunting regulation change!

It is time for a change:
For any person who loves the turkey hunting of Missouri, or even just the turkey watching of Missouri, this is your chance to be heard loud and clear. As hunters and conservationists, we have a duty to help protect a sustainable population of any species native to our home. Right now the turkey population here in Missouri is unfortunately not sustainable. So we must do our part to help out in the best way we can, even if it means giving up a small part of what we love in order to protect the future of what we love. So, resident turkey hunters, non resident turkey hunters, nature lovers, and anyone who doesn't want to see the continued steady decline in the wild turkey population. Please sign this and let's make our voices loud and clear. We the people can make a change! So, as We the People of the great state of Missouri, do declare the following: "Turkey hunting regulation change in Missouri"; for the 2021 fall season and beyond, the killing of any bird without a visible beard shall be prohibited by any means and in any season. The fall harvest shall be limited to one bearded turkey by the allowable methods of either shotgun or crossbow or longbow during their respective seasons. The spring season shall also be reduced to two weeks beginning in 2022 and the limit per hunter shall be reduced to 1 bearded turkey per person."
