NO MORE RENT HEIGHTS

the apartment I live in has begun to raise the rent ever year. This apartment is rent subsidized already by the government. There is no need to continue to raise the rent. No changes have been made to the building. Why make innocent peoples like myself who cannot make anymore money. We should not have to pay for increase in pay to them.
Its not fair. I would like everyone in the building to sign (24 apartments) Please Help!!
