You may be aware that The Lojeta Group has submitted a request to the City of Weston to rezone the golf course of the Weston Hills Country Club to build a five-story apartment building with 274 rental units and a huge parking garage to accommodate the cars of the tenants.
A development of this size will immediately lower our property values, with the sheer size of it dramatically changing our small town feel and peaceful, charming neighborhoods. The addition of hundreds of new residents will increase traffic and we should expect dozens of new students to enroll in our already overcrowded schools.
