State of California v. IRS - lawsuit for correct appropriation of state income assets

California contributes the most tax revenue to the federal pot. We, the citizens of the United States, hold this institution in contempt of fiscal responsibility and general misconduct. The funds appropriated in the verdict of this lawsuit should be applied to state and local government in order to better serve the communities that are generating tax revenue.
