The world was outraged recently when London Miner a woman from Boise Idaho can be seen in a video posted to social media punching her dog with boxing gloves until the dog screeches in pain.
The Idaho Humane Society launched an investigation into the incident and London Miner after receiving "an overwhelming number of phone calls and emails" in regards to the viral video. The Idaho Humane Society and the rest of society was shocked to hear charges will not be filed "Based upon the information and evidence we have at this time, we will be unable to meet the statutory requirements and definitions of Idaho's animal cruelty law. As a result, we declined to file the charge of animal cruelty." This is video evidence of clear animal cruelty. People are demanding justice and protection for this dog and many others. It is time the laws are updated to reflect what most people are calling for. Do the right thing and listen to the people.
