Keep IRL names out of our Hermit fiction

We would like to petition Archive of our own to change all of the Hermitcraft character tags to only use the online usernames, NOT the real names of the people behind the screen. We would also ask that they remove the RPF acronym from the tags, as it stands for Real Person Fiction.
We as a fandom, work very hard to separate the character on screen from the real person behind it, similar to an actor vs a character they play.
So we ask that Ao3 assist us in this endeavor and remove the real names from the fictional characters.
