We Must Join Together if We Want our Pleas to Lessen Our Workload to be Heard

Many, if not all of the students at CCA are stressed out to the point that it is beginning to be detrimental to our mental health and physical health for some. I personally have observed many nervous breakdowns, panic attacks, and extremely high levels of anxiety. We are entreating all of our teachers and administrators to work together, to: 1.) provide deadlines that are sufficient enough in time that we will still have time to focus on other assignments that are due as well, 2.) Permit students who have trouble concentrating in the classroom, to work in a quiet environment, (i.e the library), 3.) lengthen advisory tutorials so we can have more opportunity to work in class, lessen regulations on travel to other teachers' classrooms during advisory tutorials(specifically, change it to where we just need our normal advisory teacher to provide us with a pass to another teacher's class during advisory, not beforehand) I suggest taking pack time and adding it to advisory tutorials, since it is my understanding, (many students have told me) that pack is not productive for them at all. If that is not possible, then I suggest only having packs one day out of the week, such as Wednesday, or Friday. $.) Please take into consideration that we have so many highschool assignments that are all due at once, that many of us are unable literally, to study for our college classes, due to lack of time, which results in us being unprepared for tests and quizzes, and incomprehensive of the material, and assignments. Most of us feel that this simply should not be the case since college is the center of our program. Please do not interpret this as disrespect, or laziness, we do not want to eradicate homework, because it is simply not possible to finish all of our work at school, but we just don't want to have to pull an "all-nighter" in order to turn our multiple assignments that are due all at once on time. We ask very humbly that you consider all of our requests. Thank you.
