Pattie cake law.....

As a wild life rehabilitation volunteer...I have seen these poor lil guys come from tad poles to bullfrogs ....we are taught to love respect and care for our critters in hand but at some time to be released back to the wild....ok that is fine and dandy 10 15 years ago....but now everyone turn around I see all these clear cuts...we are trained to. Feed them yogurt and applesauce so when they are released the first thing they go looking for is yogurt and applesauce...when they start getting hungry they start seeking out their human families....where doo they find them???? ROADS!!!! What happens??? Well they are killed!!!! I want a Pattie cake law to have the family have the right for the animals to seek refuge at their rights
