Pet friendly outdoor water fountain

Council Bluffs has amazing multipurpose trails that are used heavily by families, students, and lots of four legged friends, but none of those trails have pet friendly water access. Fresh water can be a life saving investment for the whole community. Girl Scout Troop 40341 has decided that this is a great opportunity for us to serve or community and earn our Silver Award.  Our goal is to provide an environmentally friendly option for fresh, clean water that the entire family can enjoy.
