JUSTICE FOR THE CRUELTY AND DEATH OF THE DUMPED CAGED DOGS IN COMANCHE COUNTY, OKLAHOMA

1.  Demand full prosecution of the guilty parties for the negligence, cruelty and death of the three dogs dumped in two cages along side of the county road in Comanche County, Oklahoma, found on October 5, 2018.
2. That the guilty parties of this heinous act NEVER be allowed possession, ownership, nor be in care of another living animal again.

THIS BEHAVIOR IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NEEDS TO BE PUNISHED TO THE FULLEST DEGREE AND PROTECTION OF ANIMALS FROM PEOPLE LIKE THIS NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED IN THIS PRESENT CASE AGAINST THE ALLEDGED PERPETRATORS VIRGINIA LEE HARTMAN AND STACY ANN HANKINS!
