Support Criminal Charges Against Mr Bad Guy Presents

Concert promoter Buzz Casey (Mr Bad Guy Presents) promoted David Allan Coe as the headliner of a concert at Daviess County Fairgrounds on 9/14/2019. He cancelled David's portion of the show before 1am the day of the show, but continued to sell tickets well into the afternoon. Concert attendees who bought tickets expecting to see David never got the show they paid for, in many cases months in advance. All attendees deserve justice and for the criminal courts to punish Buzz Casey for the fraud that he committed, both against David Allan Coe, his fans, and all attendees. The promoter never made an announcement that David was cancelled and he continued to use David's name to sell tickets and bring in fans with no announcement or notice until the end of the night.  The promoter also promised t-shirts to VIP ticket holders which were never provided.

The promoter is currently being held under traffic charges by the Daviess County Sheriff's Department and is looking at possible release.

Early this morning at 12:41am, Mr. Bad Guy Presents aka Buzz Casey notified The David Allan Coe Band that David's portion of the show at the Daviess County Fairgrounds would be canceled due to low ticket sales despite a near sell-out crowd. Coe was scheduled to play with Confederate Railroad and Jason Evans. At 1:48pm after showing up to play, members of the David Allan Coe band were escorted off of the fairgrounds by security and local Sheriffs and were not permitted to return. David and Kimberly Coe are nearby and were looking forward to playing for their fans this evening, but cannot enter the premises under threat of arrest. In a malicious act and one that hurts fans, David's name has been used to sell tickets and continues to be used as of 4:29pm. This is not the first time that there have been issues with this promoter. Only a few weeks ago, a guitar strap was stolen from a backstage area after the promoter failed to honor contractual security agreements. The strap was later located outside the venue after being stolen. Below are pictures used to promote David at tonight's show cancellation made at 12:41am via text message, and a picture of band members after being escorted to the edge of the property where the show is being held. David and Kimberly would like to apologize to their fans and would like them to know that David is of sound mind and body and was looking forward to playing the Daviess County Fairgrounds in Philpot, KY tonight at 10:30.

As of 6:46pm, there have been no efforts by the promoter to notify fans of this change or to refund tickets for those attending to see David Allan Coe.
