Humanities and the arts high school is located in Cambria heights,new York (the old Andrew Jackson ) .. the main reason why I say that we need to shut down this school is because of everything , the principal , the students , teachers are leaving or either being fired. The students are complaining that the school is not helping them getting to where they want to be in life... 24% of the teachers say that the principal is an effective manager (80% citywide average ) which is not good at all . 68% of the students graduate within 4 years (77% city average) .This school is soooo disgusting.There's food , drink, and even condoms all over the floor.The teachers only passed students they like and the students that do pass dont learn anything.The security guards actually fight the students too!.Its like a prison in there ,the school lacks funding the school barely have clubs or equipment even though we are the biggest portion of the school ,the rules change every year and scanning is one of the worst thing and that just the beginning. All this school does is constantly bother peoples parents texting them and calling them for unecessary things ,the school makes you hand in your phone and they also made peoples phones get stolen bad school kids are in gangs always fighting and doing drugs And that's why I want this school to SHUT DOWN!!!!
