Let T Street finish out the summer season

It's is sad to announce that after 30+ years this will be the T street snack bar last season. We had planned that this would be our last summer season, which it has been a great pleasure serving our community. But unfortunately rather than being able to completely finish out our summer season; we have been cut short. The city didn't renew our lease ; leaving 4 th of July our last day . Leaving the whole rest of July with an empty building till the new tenants take over in august.
I'm here as part of our strong community to ask You the serious question today of why. Why would we shut one of the last remaining snack bars Down right in the middle of summer vacation , right as the state is reopening, organization are opening, surf camps as well as many other children camps are open and coming down to the beach. You say it could be a profitable place but yet you Want to shut it down in the biggest profitable time make no sense.
I here today to ask not to keep the snack bar forever but let's us as a community enjoy one of our last mom n pop business why we still can . Let them finish out till the end of July . Let the children and family enjoy our beach for what it really is a family beach where we create memories that last a life time. If you ask me that's exactly what this snack bar has done for many generations for my family .so again I ask you to please extended the snack bar to stay until the end of July and finish their last season the right way.

I myself as well as the signature on this petition ask you to please grant the t street snack bar a little more time and let them finish the rest of the month and fulfill there season with going out with bang that they deserve. Please we ask you don't cut their final season short. It's one of the last standing history thats not a mural , let us enjoy just a little longer is all we ask.
