Petition to enact 1 fish over 34 inches law

Many of us have witnessed the unbelievable numbers of large catfish being taken by commercial fishermen and trotliners , juggers, limbliners, and rod and reel fishermen alike. We feel the catfish population cannot sustain the numbers being harvested.
We hope to slow that down by enacting a law to prohibit the harvest of more than one catfish over 34 inches per day. This law would affect commercial fishermen and pleasure recreational fishermen alike.
