Stop the suffering of innocent animals...NOW!!!

    The torture of innocent animals has to stop! Defenseless little creatures cannot defend themselves is not fair. Stricter felony punishment and lose the ability to own any in the future or more felony punishment happens. This is wrong to allow animals to get tortured and abused.
