HUD Housing no longer safe haven for unfortunate!!!

Landlord to concerned about money to take care of over dosing neighbors. Who wants to walk outside and be asked by ten people if you would like to buy drugs. Landlord will enter property without tenants knowing. This property is supposed to be for unfortunate people that need somewhere to call home and feel safe. Government pays Coleman Brothers Enterprise to manage property when serious problems like overdosing mother's dying and infant child crying for days before found. Speaking about kids there are good people that pick up the used meddles on the playground. Not everyone is bad just most. I lived there for about 2 years. The longer we was there the worse it got. It was to the point where you don't leave to avoid all of that chaos. If you live at Laural Village Apartments don't expect your landlord to do anything you bring to him no matter the issue. And no matter the amount of the evidence you have against him if your facing eviction at district court 16-3-03 the judge will say "I don't know what to tell you."
