Animal justice

Help me get signatures to maybe get the owners of these animals to understand that their animals deserve better. Help make understandment in that the dogs need walks and need to be fed at certain hours daily and that the kittens need to be rehomed and not left here to eat whatever they can get off the counters and that the grown cats also need to be fed daily. We need to come to an agreement that these animals need more than what they are getting including play toys and baths. Sign this petition if you agree that these animals deserve better
