Handicapped Companion Seating from Ticketmaster should only be the seat next to it.

I ordered tickets for a concert as a handicapped person and one companion seat. When the tickets request came up it showed tickets would of course be in the same row. Unfortunately, they were 18 seats apart from each other. This is a huge flaw in their system. I tried to sell them but they did not sell. $265.00 later, I did not go to the show and tickets were not sold. After posting complaints with no feedback and calling to report this flaw, I was offered a credit for Ticketmaster fees of $41.00. Obviously, that was not the answer I was looking for. I asked the woman I spoke with the share my grievance so the system will change. To ensure this happens, I have started this petition. Please sign petition so Ticketmaster treats the disabled correctly.
