Demand to reinstate Rhonda Valdovinos as acting ASC manager

On Monday, January 14, 2019, Rhonda was "let go" for no reason other than "management restructuring." However, we told in a meeting on Tuesday, January 15, 2019, that her position would be filled with someone new. This is not management restructuring, but rather, an illegal outing of an excellent manager for no valid reason. The ASC was awarded highest patient satisfaction under Rhonda's leadership and her staff does not have one complaint or concern and Rhonda has never been written up or spoken to about any unsatisfactory work or behaviour. For these reasons, we are demanding that Rhonda be asked back to the ASC.
