Demand safety for all pedestrians at crosswalks in Russia!

There are many you tube videos of Russians being hit by vehicles in marked crosswalks. The government must enforce these cross walks by increasing fines and/or jail time when there is a death involved as well as a loss of driving privileges for a year or more. People have a right to cross a street, especially when it is a marked crosswalk without having to fear for their lives!
