BOMBI, EX-CIRCUS ELEPHANT RETIRED TO A ZOO! DEMAND SHE BE SENT TO A SANCTUARY!!

BOMBI, the 55 year old elephant was born in the wild in 1961... taken from her Mother and her herd, to be beat, spirit broke and trained to perform in the circus. She was donated from the Bells Brothers Circus from Mexico to the Rex Circus in Guatemala in 1968, at seven years old. After forty years in the circus, she was "retired" to life in the zoo, alone. She has been there for at least 8 years, all alone standing on a concrete, pre fabed zoo enclosure. 48 Years of continued abuse to this Majestic creature. We, the people DEMAND she be sent to a real sanctuary where she can roam with other elephants and be the elephant as she was intended to be. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! LET HER GO!
