BRING OFFICER GARCIA BACK TO WESTERN INTERNATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL-DETROIT

    Lifelong Detroiter, the ONLY Hispanic Officer in the DPS School District; dedicated 16 years protecting the families of Southwest Detroit and he gets wrongfully transferred out of Western High School for standing up for our students’ rights after being violated.
