STOP THE VILLAGE OF RIVERDALE ILLINIOS FROM CONTINUING TO OVER CHARGING RESIDENCE FOR WATER

January of 2017 my water was disconnected on April 25th I paid the water bill in full in my water was reconnected on the May 5th 2018 I received a disconnection notice for the amount of $900 I assume this was an error so I checked my online account I saw that they had a charge of 75 dollars that is due on the 15th of May I am now under the impression that the village of Riverdale is overcharging their residence for water services they do not supply a breakdown of the water services that was used throughout the month when I called to inquire I was told that they sisters is down I tried to acquire again and I was told that they systems is down again I tried to inquire and this is what I was told if you paid the bill after the due date of the 26 when the village of Riverdale releases their water bill this is why I am seeing a $75 charge I have told them that my water has been out for the past 5 months there is no way I should have a water bill in 5 days and if so why is it so much they are charging me $15 a day at this rate my bill will be again outrageous and I will not be able to afford it they are overcharging and I believe they are stealing from the residence through the Water bill. I am trying to get the village of Riverdale to lower their percentages allow residents to make payment plans provide residents with complete breakdown of their water usage and services refund all over paid amount to the struggling Residence
