Writ of Mandamus

Petitioner had a total of 23 years sentencing from 1994.
Petitioner had 110 months of sentencing from 1984 charges that ran together with 20 years of sentencing he received in 1994.
Petitioner had 36 months of post prison supervision sentencing that ran apart from his 20 year sentence he could of been paroled on but the Parole board decided to make him do all this post prison supervision in prison because of his criminal history.
When petitioner paroled in September 29th 2017 he had literal done all his sentence day for say plus his post prison supervision while incarcerated.
Petitioner received from the parole board that his 110 months from Judge Olson was completed while incarcerated for the 120 months he was doing under Judge Keys in 1994.
Petitioner has no post prison supervision left.
The parole board kept petitioner in prison during his entire 36 months of post prison supervision under Judge Keys from 2015 to 2017 .
Further Petitioner was incarcerated beyond his sentence when you count the county time served.
Parole board used the date of Petitioner September 14th 1994 sentencing and then kept him on prison 15 days beyond the date of his sentencing and subtracted none of his county time.
When paroled September 29th 2017 parole board completely fabricated a new sentence of additional post prison supervision until 2024 and none of his original sentencing under Judge Olson and Judge Keys was in the paper work making petitioner eligible for illegal incarceration beyond his sentence.
Petitioner has purchased his sentencing from Multnomah county and was shocked when he did the math.
Petitioner asks for a writ of Mandamus to enforce his original sentencing of Multimah County and monetary gain for all his days of illegal incarceration beyond his sentencing.
Petitioner had received 20 years Denny Smith and 3 years non Denny Smith in his sentencing.
Measure 11 did not exist at the time of his sentencing.
Petitioner has a certified copy of his sentencing from Multnomah County.
It will be filed with this writ of Mandamus.
Final part of this writ of Mandamus is that petitioner has completed both his sentence and parole supervision per his 1984 and 1994 sentencing and that petitioner be released from supervision to continue his contracts with the 737 and live in whatever county of housing that accepts him understanding he still has to register as a sex offender under the Oregon laws concerning thar.
