Bring Back THE WILD THORNBERRYS

Given all the content that's being made for children nowadays, I think now would be a good time to bring back one of the great cartoons of my generation, The Wild Thornberrys. It was an animated series that encouraged kids to be empathetic toward animals, want to find out about other cultures and ways of life, and understand the vastness and diversity of the world.

Given how the fans were able to help Hey Arnold!: The Jungle Movie get revived, why not do that with other classic Nicktoons? Especially in this current renaissance where several old TV shows are being revived. Nickelodeon has already brought back Double Dare, All That, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, and Blue's Clues. They also have Rugrats returning as well. Not to mention that Nickelodeon has recently joined forces with Netflix to air new TV movies from Rocko's Modern Life and Invader Zim. I also think it would be interesting to see what the Thornberrys would be up to today (especially with all the evolving technology). Whether it would be for another season or a TV movie, I think The Wild Thornberrys deserves to be brought back for a new generation of kids.

Update #13 months ago
Nickelodeon and Netflix have set a multi-year output deal for films and TV series. The output arrangement will yield original animated feature films and TV series based on existing Nickelodeon library characters as well as newly created ones.
