HOA does not provide emergency or regular property maintenance & repairs: Driveway, Roof, gutters, siding, tree trimming, fence repair).
This HOA charges high monthly fees $320 BUT residents must pay for their own repairs.

Schedule meeting to resolve these issues and request new election of officers.
