The European Youth Olympic Winter Festival takes place 2013 in Brasov. The Olympic Village and all combatants betting sites are located near the town in southeastern Romania. Venues are Predeal, Rosenau (Rasnov), Poiana Brasov and Brasov itself.Expected role models and fair play is, difficult given the fact that here in the last few years more than 30.000 stray dogs die of starvation in the urban camps of Brasov and Rasnov Stupin. The money flowing into the pocket of the city of dog catchers, led by the largest animal cruelty Flavius Barbulescu and his unscrupulous veterinarian Filip Ailin. The caged dogs, currently about 400 animals receive no veterinary care and decent food. Mayor Scripcaru would let them starve cynical. The mayor of Rasnov dogs shines through hatred and disregard of the applivable law on animal protection.
