Justice for Capone

On Tuesday march 20, 2018, our sweet pit bull Capone was shot and killed for no reason at all. He would have been 3 in may. We got him at 6 weeks old. Where we moved we wasn't allowed to have him as he is considered an "aggressive breed" but, he was the biggest baby ever. So we took him to a trusted friend to keep while we looked for another place to move JUST SO WE COULD HAVE HIM BACK HOME WITH US. He was only with our friends for 2 days when a lady killed him. He chewed through his kennel and got out. They searched the neighborhood for him. They knocked on one ladies door and ask if she had seen him, she said yes he was in yard chasing her chickens so she shot a warning shot with a PISTOL and it ricocheted. We got the call around 7pm so my husband drove over an hour to get him and talk to the people involved. After talking with her husband he admitted she purposely shot him TWICE because he peed on the side of her house and he wouldn't "listen" to her when she told him to leave. Then she dumped him in the gully like trash. She lied to the cops to justify why she killed him. We didn't just lose a dog, we lost a son, a best friend and a pet that was loved by everyone. I pray justice is served.
