Request for criminal investigation of Doctor Jesse Leontowicz

In 2018 a woman reported to the police that she was sexually assaulted 2 days after leaving the hospital. The Crown would not pursue charges against Dr. Jesse Leontowicz. The survivor took this into her own hands and contacted the College of Physicians and Surgeons. The College has temporarily suspended Dr. Leontowicz medial license and has set a hearing for fall 2020. This petition is for the Crown to re-open this case and complete a criminal investigation into the allegations. Things need to change and survivors need to be heard and recognized.
