Return Olly the puppy HOME to her loving family

A "non-profit" organization called All Terriers Rescue is holding my friend and co-workers dog hostage and will not return her to their family, of which they have a 9-year-old son who is desperately missing his dog.

Here's the story; They adopted this dog from All Terriers Rescue 6 months ago. Recently little Olly, 8 months old, escaped from their fully fenced in yard. They have no idea how this happened. Their other dog who is 6 has never escaped and was still in the yard. Olly was microchipped and the microchip number was still registered to All Terriers. An oversight for sure, but due to losing both her father and brother in the last 6 months AND the adoption of their nephew; it's COMPLETELY understandable. However, All Terriers REFUSES to give them their dog back. They are trying to say they don't believe the dog was well cared for and "isn't leashed" or "crate trained" so there has been a "breach of contract"

I have been to their house. I have even puppy sat Olly while they were going through these hard times. This pup is loved and has almost an entire acre (fenced) that she can run and play in so they don't need to crate her and they have been working on the leash but she's 8 MONTHS! My dog Ninja is two years old and still a jerk on a leash. That doesn't mean a dog is abused or neglected.

We went to petsmart today Sept 28th to try and talk with the head of the organization and they were so incredibly rude and defiant and absolutely appalling even while we were calm and collected. Samantha Miller who has a history of irrational behavior said to us "Say one more word and I promise you will never see your dog again".

After researching their reviews and their "non-profit" status it's clear this is not the first time they have done this. They have a 1-star rating just about everywhere. Reviews consistently report they have sick dogs and make new adoptive pup parents sign contracts stating they "are NOT to take the dog to the vet". (probably because they will get in trouble).
