Dear Konami
We are the customers who play Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Generation and we have some complaints. (For example)The game freezes, and crashes repeatedly. We spend money on your decks and cards, and at the very least we ask that to fix this Problem. We appreciate that you are focused on duel links (in my opinion as well as others Generations is your best game) but many of us do not like it and will not play or spend our money on it. It would be very appreciated if you would take the time to update your product. We been waiting for new updates, new cards, and new decks but mainly THE UPDATE‼️ We are in 2018 playing with a 2016 format I don't like to call anyone names but Continuing to take our money and not give us anything in return makes you thieves‼️. You're a multi-billion dollar company and this should be a really easy fix for you. So please as your loyal customers please update the game

[This is Mike Mika] Thank you for writing in! While we did indeed develop the game, even if we fixed it, we'd have no way of publishing it ourselves. What I mean by that is we do not have the authority on the app store to update the game, that authority is Konami's as the owner of the franchise and publisher. Also, it does cost us to spend the time to modify the game, and fix all the bugs. We don't get any form of compensation from the game, so it would be volunteer work. I would encourage you, if you haven't already, to reach out to Konami. We are more than willing to help, but from where we stand, we don't have the means to do it. And we love this community and everyone we've met in it and would like nothing more than to assist in fixing these issues.
