Lower Parking Permit Costs at USM!

The costs of parking at the University of Southern Mississippi are exorbitant, at $162. With a underrepresented student population, many of whom are first-generation college students, and with a relatively low graduate pay rate across the university, the cost of parking creates undue hardship on students, many of whom must charge the permit to their student account. Many students are already taking out loans to pay for their tuition and costs of living, and the cost of parking on campus should not add to that financial burden. Help us get the cost of permits lowered!!!!
