Toll Brothers in Loudoun Valley 2 is considering selling the vacant land at the intersection of Loudoun County Parkway and Evergreen Ridge Drive to a company whose plan includes building a gas station. This location is in the middle of our beautiful residential community and is right next to Stone Hill Middle School. We, the residents of Loudoun Valley 2 strongly oppose having a gas station at this location due to environmental, health, and safety issues for our neighborhood. Further, Loudoun County Parkway already has two existing gas stations in Exxon and Sheetz which are minutes away from this location.
Goals of the petition.
1. Let Dulles District Supervisor Matthew F. Letourneau, Loudoun Valley 2 HOA Board Members, and Toll Brothers know that we the home owners & community residents oppose gas station at the proposed location.
2. Spread the word and create awareness in our community opposing the proposed gas station.
3. Make it clear that we are not opposed to growth - convenience stores, coffee shops, etc are all welcome. What we oppose is a gas station for environmental, health, and safety reasons for residents of Loudoun Valley 2.

LVII HOA board is going to include it in the legal counsel letter to the Board of Supervisors. The buyer still has not submitted a formal application to the County nor have they reached out to schedule their presentation to our community.

Good Morning Neighbors,
On Tuesday 4/30 at 7pm we'll be holding an open discussion at the Main Clubhouse for Loudoun Valley II residents on the topic of the proposed gas station. This is not a HOA or Toll Brothers meeting, this is a gathering of residents to express their concerns and ideas. If we are to be successful in blocking the construction of the gas station, we need to organize in outside of social media and the regular HOA meetings.
