Donald Trump wants to build a "triumphal arch" in D.C.—a monument to his ego that will cost a fortune and block views of some of the nation's most iconic and treasured landmarks.
Also, Trump is a loser. And losers don't get triumphal arches.
Think about it: He started a war with Iran that he promised would be over quickly. Now we're six months in, and he has no idea how the hell to get out of it. He picked a fight with Canada, only to discover that everyone else loves Canadians and hates him. (Even Americans. Especially Americans.) Heck, even Greenland—which has, like, eight people—made him look like a colossal clown.
Enough of this bullshit. He doesn't deserve an arch, and Congress—or anyone else with even a sliver of authority—needs to tell him, "No arch for you," and stop this monstrosity.
