PLEASE HELP SAVE OUR FAMILY FROM BEING TORN APART!! VISA DENIED AND FACING DEPORTATION TO SOUTH AFRICA!! We desperately need your help to prevent this from happening, and are demanding that the Home Office reconsider this case!!

Please Help Me Save My Parents! I Need to Raise Funds and collect signatures for My Elderly Disabled Parents' Appeal for Their Declined Visa Application

I am doing something I never thought I would do, and that is asking people for help! It is a desperate plea for help to fund and raise signatures for a rejected Visa Application for my elderly disabled South African parents (who are both in their mid to late 80's and who both have very bad health) which will enable them to continue to live with us in the UK.

I lost my brother to a brain tumour when he was 14 and I was 11, and am the only surviving child to my parents who are now very poorly and needing assistance. We made a visa application to the Home Office because my parents became too unwell to look after themselves and to return to South Africa.

We obtained medical letters stating that it would be detrimental to my parents' health should they be forced to fly back to South Africa, and it was suggested that it would be best for them to stay with the only family they have, in order that we can look after them.

The application however has been rejected and I have to make an appeal.

My father is a stroke victim, the results of which affected him badly, and my mother was born disabled and has a heart condition, which means that it could be detrimental for her to fly. They are old and unable to look after themselves. We have no immediate family, and my parents have no home to go to in South Africa, but the Home Office have denied their application and are suggesting that they should return home.

We have to appeal their decision, but could still potentially be faced with a decision to return my parents to South Africa, a decision that is unthinkable! We have been given 14 days from the date of their decision to make an appeal, so time is already running out.

We then have to instruct immigration specialists and a Barrister to prepare the necessary bundles of documents required for a Court hearing! This all for two very old, very ill and very disabled people who just need to be with their family and be looked after! Please help us!
