Hola Calgary!
Long story short - TacoTime owns the trademark for Taco Tuesday and they forced us (BLANCO CANTINA) to stop using the widely used phrase in February 2018. We complied with their cease & desist, but we are keeping this petition going so that maybe one day the trademark will be opposed for good.
