Tell Congress: Impeach Attorney General William Barr

  • by: Corey Hill

The Attorney General of the United States is not acting in the best interest of the country. In fact, he seems to think his role is to cover for the crimes of the President. William Barr must be impeached and removed.

The Attorney General is duty sworn to uphold the constitution of the United States, to act as the impartial head of the Department of Justice. Since the day he was appointed by President Trump, William Barr has shown that he does not take seriously this important oath.

Instead, one of Barr's first official acts was to lie about the conclusions of the Mueller investigation into the 2016 election. These lies provided cover to Donald Trump, and further confused the American people about the depth and nature of the misdeeds of the Trump campaign.

Recently, Bill Barr has disputed the findings of his own Inspector General. He claimed that Barack Obama, not Russian interference, posed the greatest threat in 2016. He is a liar, and unfit to serve.

The House must immediately begin impeachment proceedings to remove him. Add your name today to call on Congress to get rid of William Barr!
