A group of residents were concerned about the quality and the current state of the sidewalks, landscaping of the common areas throughout the neighborhood as performed by the developer, Meritage Homes Corporation. After having conversations with some neighbors and emailing the list serve, we wrote two letters requesting action to address the issues. One went to PPM, the property manager, and the other went to the Durham Planning Board. We copied Meritage's CEO and Executive Vice President for Homebuilding on both letters. You can read it here:
