Prevent poverty

Poverty has always been a problem throughout the nation in many communities. Throughout the years the poverty rate has rapidly increased in Rochester, NY is the main one. To change/prevent poverty I have came up with a solution to create an organization that would have variety of centers (non-profit) as one.
