Save animals from the heat left to die

I see all these animals stuck for whatever reason out here in this 120° weather with no shelter no food no water and dying with no help. The pound is all we have here and they are over worked and under staffed and these animals need love and shelter from this heat. They didnt choose to be here. I would like to petition that we stop these animal hoarders who have tons of animals breeding and multiplying and living in filth stopped and fined for each animal over a limit of no more than 4 of any kind of pet. At least people under a certain tax bracket who are unable to afford the many offspring of their pets that become strays who suffer in our community with no help at all and left in the heat. I vote we make a limit to pets for a better more animal friendly yuma
