Thank You signing this Petition, supporting Victims, and the need to Change Laws. Georgia currently "favors" dog-owners over Victims. We must have 1000 Signatures BEFORE this Petition can be sent to our Law Makers asking them to authorize a strict liability dog bite law. Please urge your Friends and Family to sign this Petition. Thank You
Update #38 years ago
Finding others that believe Victims should have rights, verses the dog that bit, or attacked them, and their owners, has been a difficult challenge. Few signatures, but much needed to make a difference.
Update #28 years ago
If YOU are attacked, and the dog owner has no prior knowledge of their dog having aggressive tendencies, they cannot be held responsible for any injuries you many have suffered! Please, help this Petition get the 1000 Signatures it must have before it can be brought to those that can help make a bigger difference, our Lawmakers. Send this to all your friends, co-workers, neighbors. Explain the urgency for this need. Speak up for Victims, past, present and future. Thank you.
