my daddy Billy Stinnett was shot and killed, 22 years ago. the city of lewisburg tenn. did a sloppy investigation on his case and wrote it as suicide. my daddy would not never would think about doing something like that, he love life to much. yes he love his beer to and ocassionally would drink a little to much and get a little rally as we would all do. he got cut on his chest a few weeks before this happened, and was treated at the hospital and the law wrote it as horse playing at my knowledge i was told. my daddy was a good person he had problems but that his because he was human like us. anyways the reason for this petition is to find the truth because i know my daddy would not have taken his life and left his beer , he would have drink it first. so everyone that know him would have agree to. please if you want to sign this petition and help me to re-open his case so i can prove to the court that it was not suicide it was homicide. i need a closer so i can go further with my life knowing that the truth is out there .. , if this was your daddy you would do the same , how can a 20 guage shotgun leave one house to another one for my daddy to shoot himself? there is lots of unanswer questions in this case that was never brought up. why was the county called out to investigate a case in the city limits? the doctor reported that there was no way that he could have did it with the angle that he was shot in.how can a man pull a trigger on a long barrell shotgun to kill himself? i am not looking for revenge, i am looking for justice.
