Mandate label disclosure of Chinese animal testing

Many hair and makeup brands claim not to conduct animal testing except when "mandated." Brands like Bath And Body Works and Benefits still conduct cruel animal testing in order to sell to China, expanding profits while hurting animals. This is misleading to consumers and to anyone who cares about animal welfare and the environment. I am calling for a legal requirement on all cosmetic packaging disclosing animal testing so consumers can make informed decisions. I hope you will join me.
