Spencerport NY and I have a disabled son with Autism and am desperately seeking your help. I have notified the landlord on several occasions seeking help but have been ignored in the matter. My neighbor Steve Webster has aids and is mentally and emotionally unstable he has targeted my son as well as myself and another female neighbor. I have filed police reports and gave the landlord a video which shows Steve at my door and roaming the hallways with visible blood on his hands. The police have only arrested him once and at which time he was only issued a appearance ticket. I am scared for my sons life as well as mine and others in the building. He smears his blood and plays in his own feces and exposes his self regularly and does drugs but without actual proof the police do nothing even when there is more than one witness. Steve has broken into my house tampered with my car as well as neighbors car but still police do nothing. The story goes deep Idk if it because I'm black or the fact that I sued the police yrs ago when they were found guilty of police brutality. I need your help in seeking justice. This is taking away from my quality of life as well as my son. Please help me if you can by signing this petition to force law enforcement to get this man off the streets before he infects someone. This is not right and action needs to be taking.
