Curbside Recycling in OTOW Central

OTOW Central's participation in the recycling program can only have gotten smaller with the new recycling bins. The bins make the process of disposing of your recyclable items tedious, resulting in lower participation. If these bins were installed to cure the problem of contamination, they are resulting in unintended consequences.
This petition is intended to solicit support for one day per week curbside recycling in OTOW Central. Garbage compacters and cardboard recycling would remain the same.
