Save the Flowrider Surf Simulator at the H20 Adventure & Fitness Centre

The city of Kelowna is considering tearing out the Flowrider Surf Simulator at the H20 facility.

Flowboarding is a mixture of surfing, skateboarding, and snowboarding. currently, H20 has the only attraction in BC, drawing in people from all across Canada and the world to come check it out. Many people do not know the actual sport aside from the attraction, the "Flow Tour" travels across the USA and Canada to host competitions that draw professional riders from across the globe to compete. All points won are cumulative to the national championships witch can win you a place on Team Canada, or Team USA to represent the country at the "World Flowboarding Championships".

Kelowna's only Flowrider is currently home to the Canadian Champion Bodyboarder, and numerous others that are starting to make the trip to compete. Aside from the locals that are training for competitions and trying to make a career out of this, the attraction draws people of all ages that will constantly return to H20 specifically to ride the wave.

We need to show the city that there IS a solution, and we cannot let go of the Flowrider Surf Simulator just yet!
