This Man Kept a Teenage Girl Locked in A Dog Cage for Over a Year — And He Won't Serve Any Time

When authorities raided Michael Wysolovski's house, they could not have never imagined what they found. In a dog cage, was a 17-year-old girl, she was hunched over, severely malnourished and suffering from ringworm. Wysolovski had been keeping her hostage for more than a year.

But after all the horrors Wysolovski put his prisoner through, Gwinnett County District, Mike DeTardo decided not to prosecute. Michael won't see a single day of prison time.

Sign to demand that the Georgia State Bar Association disbar  prosecutor Mike DeTardo's for declining to prosecute this heinous rape case.

Why did DeTardo decline to prosecute? Because after her rapist groomed her for months, at 16 ( the legal age of consent in Georgia) the young victim moved into Wysolosvski's house. So in DeTardos logic strangely whatever happened to the teenage girl after that doesn't count.

DeTardo said the bringing it to court would be "tricky" and that their relationship was a "gray area." Nothing could be further from the truth. The level of abuse that the young victim endured is astounding. So much so that the young woman, that she had to clutch a stuffed animal while giving her testimony.

But for some reason, DeTardo, thinks that her trauma, her pain and the disgusting crimes perpetrated by Mr. Wysolovski aren't worth the effort of a real trial. This is disgusting, the creep would have faced 10 years in prison, but he got off with just 9 months behind bars and probation. This is a gross miscarriage of justice. And now Michael Wysolovski once again walks the streets of Gwinnett County.

Tell the Georgia State Bar Association that this sentence makes a joke of our legal system and the pain of the young victim. Sign and tell them to disbar prosecutor DeTardo.
