University's should have a cooking school with degree programs

I feel University should have a cooking school building so students can have online and in-person experience of cooking delicious meals as well as learning catering skills and serving skills I know most citizens do have prior skills from working in other places but I really would like for Wisconsin to have their own cooking school where students could learn and have their own personal counters and be cooking along with the stamps or instructor so they can be visually seen learning what the instructor training to teach themselves and is it called mirror-imaging and that they do want a grade take home learning experience as well they felt prior students were complaining that they were done unfairly and that they paid a lot of funding to learn from a professional staff member how to cook healthy food and they just wanted a more pleasant experience and they are looking for universities to have a more broad range experience for students to learn how to cook as well as to receive their certifications in front of their families as well as receiving them in the mail and the send it in the mail what does the purple what is a little have and they should have advanced beginner-intermediate program
