Stop the Killing #Gotzh # Kennedy-Sullivan

On February 9th, 2018 a Racist GAL David Gotzh who was appointed the GAL by CVLS on a probate case for a minor, made a racist remark to me and I reported him for it. The Judge in the case Susan Kennedy-Sullivan on 2/21/18 from the bench said to me that she did not care if notice was not giving about the case, she did not like that fact that my wife and I who had been the legal guarding for Big Z since he was 3month and now 12 might go to college. The Judge and GAL did not like the fact that we were trying to adoption him or that he called us mom and dad.
So, in the next three months, they did all that they could to bring an end to out adoption case, they have lied in this case, they had a hearing when we were not there to discharge us as the guarding of him. We did not get any money for taking care of him and did not ask for any. However, the next day after the Judge took him from us and gave him back to the birth mom she got an emergency link for him.
All the powers and lawyers have looked at the paperwork, and all have said what the Judge did was not in the guidelines of the laws; however, as the Judge, she can do what she wants. I asked the judge about this, and she told me in court that she did not care if the birthmother was telling a lie, she did not like me, and she is the Judge.
Judge Susan-Kennedy-Sullivan has done all that she can to send this child into the streets of Chicago. On the day she turned him over to the birth mother (who has not spent longer than 2 hr. with him once every other weekend since he was 3 months) the Judge in a pack courtroom talk about how he only gets A in school, was just accepted into the STEM program, was going into 7th grade and how smart he is. The judge said this was all due to my wife and me; however, she was going to send him to live with his birth mom.
Since the birth mom has had him, she has been posting pictures of him on the social medal with gang members. She has been living with five different guys and has been letting men keep him while she goes out to work at night. The Judge and GAL order that we do not call him, or he calls us as the Judge said she does not want him to tell us what is going on in his life. She needs to be removed from this case and Probate Court.
