Demand Justice for Cat Cruelty

Recently David Mosley tormented and sacrificed a cat live on social media.
He was arrested last Thursday and was already released. This person said that he had planned to sacrifice another cat at Halloween and was arrested the day before.
Because he was released without bail, he is back on the streets and can commit more crimes against cats and other animals.
Please start a petition that justice is served for this person who should not be allowed back on the street and in public to repeat his offenses.
